PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next!

KB Tabata-is a high intensity interval training protocol with the use of Kettle bells, Tabata was originally created by Japanese researcher Dr. Izumi Tabata. It’s the most effective way to incinerate body fat and raise your work capacity.
Each Tabata interval consists of 20 seconds of high intensity (as hard as you can go) exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated for eight rounds, totaling four minutes time.
