    Step & Tone is a cardio workout to ensure a good burn of calories, and  good muscle toning. After a few minutes of cardio routine follows a range of exercises for toning the upper body, arms, shoulders, legs, thighs and abdomen.

  • Trigger Point Pilates

    Each class will start by gently mobilising the body, learning how to stay in good alignment and how to connect breath to each exercise. Using compression, movement and dynamic stretch you will journey through a system to release the body’s fascia, trigger point by trigger point. During the class you will use foam rollers, small spiky myofascial release balls, midi sized pilates balls and stretch bands. Most of the class is spent on an exercise mat.

    A simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

    Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise is great for beginners and fitness fans alike. One class burns around 600 calories.
